Respiratory protective devices must be maintained, serviced and protected according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and relevant regulations

2- Before using cartridge filters, pay attention to their type, for example, the manufacturing technology and application of anti-ammonia, anti-acid, anti-solvent, and gas filters are different from each other.

3- When you can hardly breathe with the filters, the filters are either damaged or it is almost time to replace them.

4- If you use anti-gas and steam filters, the time to replace them is according to the manufacturer’s recommendation.

5- If you feel the smell of pollutants or your throat and lungs are irritated, it is time to change the filters.

6- Inspect the filters and masks according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

7- The lifetime of filters depends on the concentration of pollution in the environment and the duration of use.

8- Pay attention to the validity and expiration date of the filters.

9- Any changes, modifications, and repairs to the mask and its components are prohibited without the approval of the manufacturer.

10-Mask maintenance should be done under the supervision of an experienced expert.

11- Use detergents and solvents approved by the manufacturer to wash the mask.

12- Inspect the belts, straps, and elastics of the mask.

13- Clean any particles, pollution, and foreign objects from the openings, inlets, valves, and valves.

14- Remove the filters and inspect the mask valves and flexible discs for proper operation.

15- Never put your mask inside a contaminated environment, it is better to put the mask inside the nylon and leave it in the closet.
